Problem & Goal
By research and exploring existing platforms, I saw booking was tricky, learning wasn’t personalized, and communication was messy. These shaped the key challenges and goals.
Target Audience & Research
Who I Designed For:
There was no web version at all. So we had two big missions:
- Students
- Parents
- Tutors
How I Researched:
I ran a short survey with 9 questions to understand expectations and
analyzed competitor platforms to see what worked and what didn’t.

Understanding the Users
I created one persona to keep things simple and relatable. Then I mapped out their thoughts and feelings to see things from their shoes, and followed their journey to spot pain points and moments where TutorEase could make things smoother.
Basically, I turned research into a story.
Information Architecture & Flow
I mapped out the structure to make sure everything had its place, then built a simple flow so users could move through the platform without friction. I made small changes along the way to keep everything clear and easy to use.
Design System & Visuals
To bring TutorEase to life, I built a simple but flexible system to keep everything consistent and easy to scale from typography and colors to grids, components and icons.
- HI-Fi Wireframes
I turned the ideas into clean, detailed screens to see how the platform would really come together. After sharing with the community, I tweaked a few things to make the flow smoother and keep it simple.
Final Design
The final look brings everything together, a balance of research, feedback, and design decisions that shape the experience.
- Mobile Responsive
Reflection
Working on this project gave me the chance to explore how design decisions shape learning experiences. From structuring flows to refining visuals, I learned the value of keeping things clear and adaptable. Feedback played a big role, and it reminded me that even small changes can have a big impact on usability.
